I have had Foxtel for over 8 years, always had a problem with recording using IQ2 system. Made numerous complaints over a period of 3 years, only to be told the problem was at my end. Lets be honest their service is abysmal! Eventually after two years, someone in their service centre finally replaced my IQ2 with a "refurbished" IQ2. Foxtel you really need to read these reviews and do something about your pathetic excuse for customer service. You don’t seem to care at all about your customers. I have submitted a complaint last week still waiting for someone to call me. At Foxtel we want to hear your feedback. If you call 132200 and say "Complaints" when the robot lady asks you what you want, then you should be able to lodge a formal complaint. However, since it is a problem with a piece of Foxtel supplied hardware (an iQ Box), you are probably going to get a quicker response to the problem if you either visit the Foxtel Community (their equivalent Foxtel reviews (www.foxtel.com.au): FOXTEL.
